About Vijay:

Vijay is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team, based out of our London office.

Vijay advises on a broad range of banking and finance transactions including real estate, leveraged and acquisition finance acting for both lender and borrower clients.

Vijay has extensive experience in relation to a broad range of banking and finance transactions with a particular focus on real estate finance, advising a variety of lender and borrower clients in relation to financing the acquisition and development of real estate assets and refinancing existing property portfolios. Vijay also has extensive leveraged finance experience acting for both lenders and borrowers and regularly advises social care clients on finance transactions.

Experience:

  • Advised a commercial real estate group in the office space sector on a £64,500,000 term loan facility to refinance debt with two lenders;
  • Advised a borrower client on a $120,000,000 revolving credit facility based on the LMA investment grade facility agreement template;
  • Advised a family owned property business on a £41,000,000 term loan facility to refinance costs associated with the acquisition of property;
  • Acted on behalf of a lender in relation to an amendment and restatement of a £70,000,000 revolving credit facility
