About Tom:
Tom is a Solicitor in our London Dispute Resolution team based in our London Office.
He advises both corporate and individual clients on a broad range of commercial disputes in both the high court and county court including: contractual issues, civil fraud, shareholder disputes, banking and finance. Tom has experience litigating claims assisting both claimants and defendants. In addition, Tom has experience advising clients on a wide range of insolvency matters.
Tom completed his undergraduate degree in History at the University of Leeds before completing his legal studies with BPP in London. Tom joined RWK Goodman as a trainee solicitor in 2021. Prior to this he worked as a paralegal at BNP Paribas and H&M following several years’ experience in the compliance and private wealth sectors.
Outside of work Tom enjoys food, sport and travelling to new cities and countries.
Since joining the Dispute Resolution Team, Tom has worked on various commercial matters involving:
