About Tina:

Tina is a highly experienced Residential Property lawyer with expertise in Freehold and Leasehold residential sales, purchases, mortgaging, and transfers of equity.

Tina is also well versed in unregistered land conveyancing and registration and dealing with more complex Land Registry applications and title work.  She enjoys working closely with other departments in the firm such as the Private Client and Family teams to deal with the property and land work arising from probate, trusts, and matrimonial circumstances.

Tina re-joined RWK Goodman in September 2024, having previously been with the firm since 2015.  Outside of work, she is a keen musician and keeps busy with her young family.
