About Sudipta:

Sudipta has 12 years of experience practising UK Immigration & Nationality Law. She has worked with small-scale to international organisations in her career as a qualified [OISC, Level 2] Immigration Advisor, assisting and representing both Corporate and Private clients, HNW individuals.

Sudipta has been advising and representing clients as their Legal Representative in respective Immigration matters, dealing with all major categories of UK Immigration Law; Skilled Worker, GBM- Senior and Specialist Worker, Health & Care visa, Sponsor Licences, imparting compliance trainings; conducting mock audits, switching categories, Innovator, Start-Up; Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications, Long Residence, Appendix EU applications,  Family and Human Rights Applications, Nationality, Double Descent etc.

Sudipta is enthusiast in networking and contributing towards business development.

Prior to moving back to the UK in 2008, Sudipta practiced at High Court, Calcutta, India being a qualified ‘Advocate’ in India and worked on UNODC projects on Anti-Human Trafficking as a Resource Person, besides other legal-aid work with various NGO’s in India and later volunteering with Save the Children, London, UK. Besides dealing with major Corporate and Private Immigration matters Sudipta has interest in human rights matters and holds a Master of Art (M.A) Degree in Human Rights. She did also complete a short course on Child Rights from London School of Economics.

Besides work, Sudipta enjoys hiking, trekking, rock climbing, reading, attending entrepreneurial events, networking.

Experience:

  • Successful outcome of complex Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) extension application;
  • Complex Sponsor Licence Application approval;
  • Successful outcome of Sponsor Licence Application for a corporate client who initially had it refused when they did on their own;
  • Approval of few Family Applications under Human Rights grounds/Appendix FM of the Immigration rules;
  • Approval of couple of ‘Double Descent’ applications;
  • Successfully attaining endorsement letters and completion of Start-Up and Innovator applications for clients;
