About Stephanie:
Stephanie is a Senior Paralegal in our Property Disputes team and is based in our Oxford office.
Stephanie completed her degree at Southampton University in History and Archaeology. After working for 8 years in politics and communications – including two stints at the House of Commons – she moved into law.
Stephanie began working as a fee earner in residential and commercial conveyancing before moving across into property dispute work, where she found her interests piqued. Her fee earning work now focuses on property dispute matters, but her conveyancing experience is often used to assist on files.
Stephanie has completed the academic stage of the CILEx qualification and submitting her competency portfolio in 2025 with a view to obtaining Chartered status.
Stephanie assists colleagues and runs her own files, including:
- All litigious aspects of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease renewals, including drafting pre-action and Court documents, and liaising with opponents and the Court;
- Boundary disputes
- Neighbourly disputes
- Easements, covenants and real property disputes
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes including service charge disputes, breach of covenant etc.
Interests:
Stephanie is a fan of NFL American Football and supports the Detroit Lions franchise. With a young family, Stephanie spends a lot of time outdoors enjoying the green spaces around the Cotswolds.
