Stephanie Bailey

Stephanie has extensive experience assisting Deputies in the Court of Protection Team. She supports Deputy and Trust clients helping with their financial affairs and day to day living ranging from:

• Arranging payments to clients, paying household bills and invoices;
• Working closely with clients, families and professionals;
• Drafting applications to the Court of Protection;
• Managing payroll for care teams;
• Assisting with house purchases and rentals.

Stephanie manages a caseload and has conduct of files for clients who vary from being high functioning to extremely complex.

Stephanie worked at NewLaw Solicitors initially as a PA in Private Client but for the past 13 years has worked in the Court of Protection Team. She assists the Deputies and clients who have sustained brain injuries and who have been assessed as lacking mental capacity.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys music and is a member of her local Rock Choir. She is also a keen cook and loves to try out new restaurants.
