About Roisin

Roisin is an experienced solicitor specialising in complex personal injury and fatal accident claims. Roisin helps clients who have suffered serious and life changing injuries as well as individuals who have suffered the sudden loss of a loved one following a fatal accident.

Roisin is a personal injury Associate with over eight years’ industry experience acting for individuals who have suffered serious and often life changing injuries.

Roisin’s particular interests include representing cyclists and vulnerable road users, families who have lost a loved one as a result of a fatal accident and individuals who have been seriously injured at work. Roisin assists Partner, Mark Hambleton, on complex cases involving injuries caused by animals. She also represents incapacitious clients who have sustained serious injuries whilst under the care of others.

Roisin is a compassionate and thorough litigator and puts clients at the heart of her practice. She is regularly instructed by people with complex injuries and those who have lost loved ones as a result of a fatal road traffic accident. She is passionate about road safety and works closely with her clients, the police and the coronial system to highlight concerns in this area.

Roisin is is a council member of Bristol Law Society and an occasional contributor for The Law Society Gazette. In her spare time she enjoys cycling, travel, exploring new cuisines, attending concerts and cooking for friends and family.
