About Olivia:

Olivia is a Solicitor in our Industrial Disease team, based out of our Bristol office:

Olivia has a background in mental health and personal injury law and currently specialises in asbestos-related disease claims.

Olivia graduated from the University of Southampton in 2020 with a joint honours degree in Law with Psychology. She went on to achieve a Master’s degree in Criminal Psychology at the University of Portsmouth in 2021. Alongside her studies, Olivia volunteered with Spurgeon’s Charity and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Youth Commission, reflecting her longstanding commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.

After completing her postgraduate studies, Olivia began her legal career as a Mental Health Paralegal, gaining hands-on experience advocating for and supporting vulnerable clients. She later progressed to a Paralegal role within an Industrial Disease team, where she developed a passion for claimant asbestos litigation.

Olivia qualified as a Solicitor in October 2024 and joined the firm in June 2025. She works closely with Partners and Associates on a range of high-value asbestos-related claims, including those involving mesothelioma, asbestosis, pleural thickening, and asbestos-related lung cancer. Olivia is known for her compassionate approach, strong attention to detail, and dedication to delivering exceptional client care.

Experience:

  • Olivia qualified as a Solicitor on 15th October 2024 following successful completion of the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE)
  • Olivia holds a joint honours degree in LLB Law with Psychology
