About Nathan:
Nathan is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team.
He specialises in transactional real estate, advising on a broad range of matters across the sector.
Nathan acts for a diverse client base including developers, funders, purchasers, landlords and tenants, supporting both complex portfolio transactions and standalone acquisitions. He is known for providing clear, commercially focused advice and for managing transactions efficiently to ensure a smooth process from instruction through to completion.
Key cases:
- Advising an independent school on the real estate aspects of a £30.5m refinancing to support its wider estate and development plans;
- Advising the owner of a boutique hotel on a structured real estate transaction involving refinancing, lease reorganisation and the phased disposal of leasehold and freehold interests;
- Advising on the property elements of a £17m development facility for a mixed-use residential and commercial scheme, involving development agreements, affordable housing arrangements and funder step-in rights;
- Advising a major automotive occupier on a £9.7m lease of factory premises in Sunderland, supporting the continued operation of a key UK manufacturing site;
- Advising the owner of two city centre shopping centres on lettings and wider asset management work, acting as their real estate adviser on lease negotiations, tenant arrangements and broader landlord and tenant matters; and
- Advising a luxury furniture and interior design retailer on a £2.4m flagship store letting in Notting Hill, within a landmark mixed-use redevelopment involving a complex layered leasehold structure.
