About Monika:

Monika is a Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence team, specialising in advising clients in relation to clinical negligence and coroner’s inquests.

Monika represents families at inquests, including Article 2 inquests, deaths in prison, in-patient mental health care deaths, and those arising from medical treatment.

Monika also acts for clients in clinical negligence claims where medical care has fallen below an acceptable standard, resulting in injury or loss.

Originally from Poland, Monika is bilingual and speaks English and Polish. She is able to provide legal support and advice to Polish-speaking clients.
