About Louis:
Louis is an Associate in our Residential Property team, based in our Bath office.
Louis is a residential property lawyer who has an extensive understanding of the Bath property market having lived in the area his entire life. Louis’ clients benefit from his vast knowledge of the quirks and intricacies of properties in Bath and Wiltshire and his strong relationships with local agents. Over the years he has established a strong reputation for advising a wide array of clients to include first time buyers, property investors and those purchasing complex and high value properties.
Louis graduated from Southampton Solent University with a First Class Law degree and then attended the University of Bristol to complete a Commercial Law masters. Louis completed his Legal Practice course at BPP Law School in Bristol in 2019.
Louis qualified as a solicitor in January 2022 and has worked in Wiltshire since then and now boasts over four years of experience in the field. Louis understands that no two properties or transactions are the same and tailors his advice and work to ensure his clients’ needs are met. His clients appreciate Louis’ responsiveness, efficiency and his ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice to ensure the transaction is managed efficiently and in line with the needs of all parties. Louis is known for focusing on providing a results driven approach with an ability to find solutions to issues as they arise.
