About Jemma

Jemma completed her Law Degree in 2013 and then began work as a property lawyer. She is dual qualified Licensed Conveyancer and Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx).

Jemma's experience includes acting on all aspects of property sales and purchases including freehold and leasehold properties, unregistered and rural properties and newbuild properties. She has extensive experience with buy to let portfolios as well as working with lenders in respect of bridging and development loans for individual clients to companies, and individual properties to small developments.
