Helen is a Partner in our Residential Property team, based out of our Bristol office.

Helen is a dynamic and accomplished Chartered Legal Executive and Licenced Conveyancer, who has been making waves in the realm of residential conveyancing since her qualification in 2017.

As the director of Cooke Painter since 2019 and head of the conveyancing department since 2021, she has successfully guided thousands of clients across England and Wales in their property transactions.

With a keen expertise that spans first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Helen navigates the complexities of freehold and leasehold properties, right-to-buy, help-to-buy schemes, lifetime ISAs, equity release, remortgages, and more.

Her dedication to her craft is further exemplified by her role as the founder and chair of the Bristol Law membership group which took over from the local CILEX branches, uniting over 215 professionals from secretaries to barristers in a thriving network of learning and collaboration.

Helen’s unwavering commitment to excellence and her passion for helping clients achieve their property goals truly set her apart in the industry.
