About Helen
Helen is a solicitor working within the Real Estate team in the Swindon office.
Helen completed her training contract in November 2018 with a local firm in Wiltshire, where she subsequently stayed working as a Commercial Property solicitor until summer 2021. She then moved to a large firm working between Reading and Oxford for a year where she gained further Commercial Property experience, predominantly in Landlord and Tenant work, before joining RWK Goodman’s Real Estate team in Swindon in August 2022.
Helen has experience in a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including sales and purchases; landlord and tenant work; and commercial finance.
I enjoy the variety of my role and working with our clients. No instruction is ever the same, and I value the challenge of achieving the best outcome that I can in each individual transaction.
