Fayruz is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team, based in our Oxford office.

Fayruz is a residential property lawyer, specialising in high-value and complex transactions for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their companies, banks, developers and overseas investors.

With almost 20 years of experience in the prime and super-prime property market, Fayruz advises UK and international clients on the full range of residential property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, lease extensions and complex title issues. She is known for being commercially minded, responsive and firmly focused on client objectives.

  • Acted on new build purchase of a luxury flat in Chelsea circa £30 million
  • Acted on new build purchase of a luxury penthouse flat in Hyde Park circa £12 million
  • Acted on refinance of a super prime London apartment circa £14 million
