About Cate
Cate is Senior Paralegal with over 10 years’ experience dealing with personal injury claims as both a Claimant and Defendant litigator.
Based in London, Cate works on complex, high value employer’s liability and public liability cases not to mention road traffic cases. Cate has a particular interest in cases in which Defendants allege fraud and/or fundamental dishonesty, particularly in respect of Claimants with pain disorders. Cate has experience in cases where there has been a mild Traumatic Brain Injury and the complicated causative issues involved when there are long lasting effects of so called post-concussive syndrome.
Cate prides herself on her warm-hearted approach to clients; she is an empathetic listener and champions the rights of her disadvantaged clients. Cate also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (“LPC”) and studied Law at University College, London. She is a Graduate member of CILEx.
She is a member of APIL.
