About Amelia:

Amelia is a Solicitor in our Contested Wills, Trusts and Inheritance Disputes team, based in our Oxford office.

Amelia specialises in helping clients across Swindon, Oxford, Marlborough and Wiltshire.

Amelia qualified as a Solicitor in March 2024 and worked in the Contentious Trusts and Probate team of an established high street firm before joining RWK Goodman in June 2025.

Amelia has expertise in advising on a broad range of inheritance disputes including claims in respect of the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and Will validity disputes.

Amelia enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Amelia loves music and staying active by playing Padel and Golf in her free time.
