Training contracts

Choosing a Training Contract will see you immediately working as part of our team from your first day. This will help you develop the skills to launch a successful career as a legal professional.

We will support you to fulfil your potential, expand your network and advance up our career ladder.

“What’s different at RWK Goodman is the cultural attitude of the firm. I was never refused that time or attention, no matter which department I worked in. It’s a nurturing environment.”

Lucy Crawford, Associate Solicitor (Clinical Negligence).

Scheme Structure

Your contract will typically feature four different areas of practice (seats), both contentious and non-contentious.

As a full service law firm, you will be able to work across these areas without having to choose a focus on corporate or private client law. Each seat will usually last six months and we will support you with each opportunity.
