DID YOU KNOW KENNETH FAIRHEAD?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by Kenneth Fairhead who has sadly developed Asbestos-Related Lung Cancer.

We are investigating how Mr Fairhead may have come into contact with asbestos and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked for Polycell Products Limited between 1967 and 1987, during which time Mr Fairhead worked at the factory located on Broadwater Road, Welwyn Garden City. During his employment he was employed in the following roles:

• Labourer in the heavy gang (1967-1970)
• Warehouse Worker (1970-1975)
• Warehouse Supervisor (1975-1982/83)
• Transport Supervisor (1982/83-1987)

Our client is therefore appealing to anyone who worked for Polycell Products Limited during this time to come forward to tell us what they remember about the work Mr Fairhead did, or the work carried out by Polycell Products Limited more generally.
