Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by Mr John Baker who has sadly developed mesothelioma.

We are investigating how Mr Baker may have come into contact with asbestos and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked for the companies listed above between 1957 and 1994, during which time Mr Baker worked installing air conditioning systems. He worked for one company, known as Benham’s, which changed it’s company name various times.

Mr Baker is therefore appealing to anyone who worked for any of the companies listed above during this time to come forward to tell us what they remember about the work Mr Baker did and/or the work carried out by people who installed air conditioning systems at Benham’s more generally.
