Withy King has been named one of the Best Companies to Work For and makes the Top 100 – for the second time

Withy King has been named as one of The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For and awarded the highly sought-after Best Companies Two Star ‘Outstanding’ Accreditation for the second year running.

Withy King, which has principal offices in Bath, Swindon and Oxford, has been recognised for its outstanding levels of staff engagement and its ongoing commitment to creating a positive working environment for its people.

The firm’s ranking in the Top 100 will be revealed at an awards ceremony taking place in London on 26 February and in a league table to be published in the Sunday Times and online on 1 March. Last year, Withy King was ranked 58th Best Mid-Sized Company to Work For.

“We are delighted to have achieved the highly sought after two star, outstanding accreditation for the second consecutive year,” commented Graham Street, Managing Partner at Withy King. “We had a record response to the staff satisfaction survey run by Best Companies with 87 per cent of our people taking part. Our results were even better than last year and we achieved our highest scores in the areas relating to ‘company’ and ‘team’.

“Staff feedback is extremely important to us as we want to create a positive and productive working environment where we are all aligned to our vision of developing lasting relationships with our clients by always putting their interests first. The results of the Best Companies survey reflects the hard work, drive and effort across all our teams and we are proud that they have been recognised in this way.”

The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For is the most comprehensive analysis of workplace engagement, opinion and satisfaction in the UK.

Withy King employs 324 people across a network of offices in Bath, Swindon, Marlborough, Oxford, Abingdon, Thame, Headington and London. In 2014, the firm was also awarded top marks in eight categories in a survey of trainee solicitors run by Lex 100, the student guide to law – one more category than the previous year.
