RWK Goodman advises Savanti Limited on acquisition by FSP Consulting Services Limited

We have advised the  shareholders of Savanti Limited on the sale of the company to FSP Consulting Services Limited.

Savanti provides cyber security consultancy services including strategy, security leadership, architecture design and security risk assessment. FSP is a provider of a range of consultancy services to both private and public sector organisations, covering digital transformation, cloud engineering, data intelligence and cyber security.

The acquisition was completed in conjunction with the provision of investment funding to FSP from private equity houses CBPE and LDC.
