Press Release: Royds expands employment team with new partner hire – Caroline Doran
This week, Caroline Doran joins the employment team at Royds, the City law firm, as the third partner and the seventh lawyer in its growing employment team.
Caroline trained with Berwin Leighton Paisner and previously worked at Rooks Rider and Fox Williams. Caroline is experienced in advising those working in the City including people who have left or are joining leading City and global financial institutions. Her individual clients are often high profile and successful in their chosen field who have graced the front page of the Financial Times, The New York Times or the Sunday Times (business section). She also has a growing niche advising in-house lawyers on their employment. She has expertise in complex and high value bonus and profit share disputes.
Caroline has been quoted in numerous journals including The Times, Time Magazine, The Guardian and the Institute of Director’s Director magazine. Caroline has experience in many sectors including: charities, construction, insurance, financial services, aviation, technology, owner managed businesses and start ups.

Caroline’s interests include skiing, wine tasting, scuba diving (she is a Qualified Rescue Diver) and art (her art has been displayed in the Dulwich Picture Gallery).
