Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is now live

The platform, originally scheduled to go live on 9 January, did so on 15 February.

Following this, obligations on online traders under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/542) to provide certain information about, and links to, the ODR platform will now be enforced.
