Mandatory gender pay gap reporting
They are asking for feedback on draft regulations which have just been published. The consultation period is relatively short and closes on 11 March 2016.

The regulations themselves are set out in the consultation document. Subject to any last minute changes, the reporting requirements will apply to employers with more than 250 employees.
We are looking carefully at the draft regulations and will publish a guidance note for our clients shortly.
