Managing mental health in the workplace

How can you ensure that the business isn't exposed to an employment tribunal claim? Join us and mental health and wellness clinic, The Soke, as we team up to run a
training course on managing mental health in the post-pandemic workplace. Learn from our experts and other like-minded professionals about creating a supportive culture surrounding mental health.

Topics covered will include employment law; mental health strategies; and how to look after your own wellbeing.

Speakers

Catherine Hawkes, Employment law associate

Catherine is well versed in advising senior executives, C-suite leadership and entrepreneurs on employment law, including employment litigation claims, often linked to mental health and wellbeing. She also upskills and trains line managers on all aspects of employment law.

Dr Niraj Arora, Consultant Psychiatrist

Niraj brings expertise across the spectrum of organisational mental health issues. He believes that jargon-free collaboration with people is the cornerstone of improvement. He has a strong scientific background which underpins good practice, and ensures evidence-based outcomes.

Daniel Burbidge, Psychotherapist
