Award up for grabs for Bath’s most customer focused business

Bath businesses that take an innovative approach to service or can show particular commitment to customers and clients are being encouraged to put themselves forward for the Bath Chronicle’s Customer Service Award sponsored by the city’s largest law firm, RWK Goodman.

Regardless of size or sector, judges are looking for businesses which can demonstrate that their customers and clients really are king.

Graham Street, managing partner at UK Top 100 law firm RWK Goodman, said: “Bath is a hotbed of entrepreneurial talent and what we often find is that the most successful of these businesses have an unwavering commitment to customer or client service.

“I’d like to encourage these businesses to put themselves forward for our Customer Service Award and highlight what they’ve achieved. We would love to hear from businesses that have taken an innovative approach to service and can show how this has translated into tangible benefits, such as increased sales, more referrals, enhanced relationships or competitive advantage.

“When we redeveloped our own brand just over six years ago, we put a huge amount of effort and investment into positioning our clients at the heart of everything we do. This award allows us to celebrate the great work that other forward-thinking Bath firms are doing to differentiate their service offering.”

RWK Goodman provides a comprehensive range of legal services to businesses, individuals and their families. The Bath-headquartered firm employs around 470 people across a network of offices and has been ranked  30th in the Sunday Times’ Top 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to work for in 2017. This year, RWK Goodman became one of just six UK law firms to achieve the coveted three star ‘Extraordinary’ rating from Best Companies.
