Owning a leasehold property can be a very complex and daunting venture both for the inexperienced and the most experienced of property owners. Failure to comply with any restrictive covenants contained within a lease can lead to avoidable and unfortunate repercussions due to the leaseholder not fulfilling their obligations.
Earlier this month, our Wiltshire Private Wealth team hosted an outdoor pursuits day for some of our key referrers and contacts. Guests took part in blind 4×4 driving, quad bikes, and clay pigeon and speed pistol shooting at Owl Lodge near Cosham. A real hoot was had by all!
This July, our Swindon and Marlborough offices hosted a multi activity day at Teampursuits in Lacock. Guests from Humberts, Strakers, Ashton Mill, Bourlet Consulting , Morris Owen, Prospect Hospice and Winkworth, to name a few, took part in activities such as archery, clay pigeon shooting, quad biking and blind 4×4 driving!
