The death of a loved one is always tragic, and no amount of money can compensate for their absence. All money can do is make a difference to their families, which was the result achieved by our Clinical Negligence team in this case.

Our client, Mr R, was 84 years of age as at the date of the negligence, and 88 years of age as at the date of settlement. Mr R had spinal surgery at Salisbury District Hospital in April 2005.
