The future of educational provision for children with brain injury | Thursday 1 October

Bringing together a group of leading brain injury specialists from RWK Goodman’s Compensation Protection Unit, The Brain Injury Group, and 3PB, we would love to invite you to a panel discussion on the future of educational provision for children with brain injury.

In response to the Government’s recent education and SEND reform proposals, the debate about the delivery and enforcement of special educational provision has been reignited. For practitioners involved in brain injury litigation, these developments raise important questions about how educational recommendations are framed, how provision is secured, and the options available when local authorities fail to deliver support.

This interactive session will explore these areas of the current landscape as well as:

  • Why brain injury cases are different
  • EOTAS: The growing importance of Alternative Provision
  • Judicial Review as a strategic tool
  • Improving expert reports to support litigation and settlements
