This Mock Employment Tribunal will give you a real insight into:

• The evidence that is put forward
• Commonly-made mistakes that can make the difference between winning and losing.

You will also learn how to prepare your case and give evidence as well as how to handle internal processes and decision-making to increase your chances of a successful outcome, should you ever find yourself facing a claim.
