Dr Nicola Millard, Principal Innovation Partner, BT
Dr Nicola Millard is a principal partner at BT’s innovation team. She is a presenter, writer and researcher on people-centred innovation in customer experience, digital workplace and the future of work within BT. Nicola got her PhD from Lancaster University in 2005 and has authored over 50 publications. She is currently looking at innovation in both employee and customer experience.

Malcolm Gregory, Partner and Head of Employment & HR, RWK Goodman
Specialising in all aspects of employment law for businesses and individuals, Richard has a strong employer client base and regularly advises on discrimination issues, complex redundancies, re-organisations and business transfers.
