About Alice:

Alice is a senior associate in the Agricultural Property, Farms and Estates team based in our Bath office.

Alice has been acting for farmers, private landowners and institutional landowners since her qualification as a solicitor in 2016.

Alice has a broad experience acting for both private and institutional landowners in non-contentious agricultural property matters including: sales and purchases; mortgages secured against agricultural property (acting for lender and borrower); the grant, surrender and variation of agricultural tenancies; and first registration of land.
