Our ED&I Committee

Our ED&I Committee is made up of passionate colleagues from across all levels and areas of our business. The Committee drives our ED&I Action Plan, which focusses on raising awareness and making a difference across all aspects of diversity. Our commitments & principles

We will foster an open, inclusive, and diverse culture, where we embrace and value the differences in our people, our clients, and the communities we serve.

Supporting diverse talent

48% of our Partners are female and we’re proud signatories of the Women in Law pledge. We continue empowering colleagues and supporting gender diversity by offering flexible hybrid working, family friendly and wellbeing policies ensuring colleagues feel supported at each stage of their life and career. Strengthening and increasing diversity in our talent pipelines will help us to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and make us a great place to work. We have a range of established internal mentoring schemes, including our new Thrive mentoring programme for diverse talent.

We’ve achieved Level 2 Disability Confident Employer status. But we’re not stopping there. We’re currently working towards Level 3, to ensure we remain inclusive and accessible.

Supporting your wellbeing

We understand that there’s no ‘one size fits all’ solution when it comes to wellbeing.

That’s why we’re focused on embedding a positive, open culture, underpinned by our wellbeing commitments and Committee. We’re here to listen to your feedback and support you through our Employee Assistance Programme, Mental Health First Aider initiative, Healthcare Plans and Financial Wellbeing Programmes, all designed to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to thrive.
