About Stephanie:
Stephanie is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Property Disputes team and is based in our Oxford office.
Stephanie completed her degree at Southampton University in History and Archaeology. After working for 8 years in politics and communications – including two stints at the House of Commons – she moved into law.
Stephanie began working as a fee earner in residential and commercial conveyancing before moving across into property dispute work, where she found her interests piqued. Her fee earning work focuses on property dispute matters, and she applies her conveyancing experience to assist on files.
Stephanie’s cases include:
- All litigious aspects of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease renewals
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes including service charge disputes, breach of covenant etc.
- Boundary disputes
- Neighbourly disputes
- Easements, covenants and real property disputes
- Land ownership questions including Adverse Possession and title errors
Interests:
Stephanie is a fan of NFL American Football and supports the Detroit Lions franchise. She makes jewellery in her spare time and posts about it on LinkedIn.
With a young family, Stephanie spends a lot of time outdoors enjoying the green spaces around the Cotswolds.
