About Naomi:
Naomi is an Associate in our Private Client team, based in our Oxford office.
Naomi advises on a broad range of core private client matters, including the drafting of wills, the preparation and registration of powers of attorney, trusts and the full range of estate administration matters, from the initial information gathering stage, through the probate process, to the finalisation of the administration period and the preparation of estate accounts. Her clients range from high net worth individuals looking to undertake wealth and succession planning to young parents who wish to secure their children’s financial future.
Naomi qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and is a member of STEP, the world’s leading organisation for private wealth professionals, and has completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.
Experience:
- Dealing with complex estates including the administration of estates with substantial assets and multiple beneficiaries
- Administering an estate where the firm’s trust corporation were asked to step in and act as administrator due to the executor being unable to act, and gaining a Grant of Letters of Administration;
- Completing the re seal of a Nigerian Grant of probate
- Advising on wills for high net worth individuals
- Advising on Wills for clients with vulnerable beneficiaries and establishing trust structures for these;
- Advising on and putting into place Lasting Powers of Attorney.
