Supporting your wellbeing
We understand that there’s no ‘one size fits all’ solution when it comes to wellbeing. That’s why we’re focused on embedding a positive, open culture, underpinned by our wellbeing commitments and Committee.
Our Wellbeing Committee
We’re here to listen to your feedback and support you through our Employee Assistance Programme, Mental Health First Aiders, Healthcare Plans and Financial Wellbeing Programmes, all designed to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to thrive. We also offer Independent Supervision, giving colleagues the opportunity to speak with an external supervisor about their work, relationships, and professional development.
Our approach to wellbeing is focused on three key areas:
Mental Wellbeing
We believe mental wellbeing is the foundation of a thriving workplace. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or simply feeling the weight of the world, our support systems are here for you. We’re committed to creating a safe, open culture where everyone feels heard and supported.
Financial Wellbeing
We recognise that financial wellbeing can affect every part of life. Whether you’re planning ahead or managing day-to-day costs, we offer tools and resources to help. From enhanced pensions to practical advice, we’re committed to helping colleagues feel informed and confident about their finances.
Physical Wellbeing
We know that physical wellbeing plays a vital role in how we feel and function at work. Whether it’s taking time to move, rest or recharge, we encourage everyone to find what works for them. From flu jab funding to yoga sessions and wellbeing activities, we’re here to support colleagues look after their physical health.
The way we work
We’re committed to creating a working environment that supports balance, flexibility, and individual needs. Our hybrid working approach follows a 2:2:1 approach—two days in the office, two days from home, and one day shaped by business need. We also offer flexible working options to help our people manage their time in a way that works best for them and their teams.
