About Zoe
Zoe is a Associate in the Family team in our Bath office. She joined RWK Goodman in 2008 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2013.
Zoe advises clients on the following areas:
- Private Children Law including child arrangements, specific issue orders, prohibited steps orders, removal from the jurisdiction
- Public Children Law including care proceedings and pre-proceedings (social services before they go to court)
- Domestic violence cases including non-molestation orders, occupation orders and the link between domestic abuse and children matters
- Special Guardianship Orders – both within proceedings brought by the local authority and stand alone applications
Memberships
Zoe is a Resolution accredited specialist family lawyer in Domestic Abuse and Private Law Children work, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives.
