About Yasmin:

Yasmin is a passionate and caring Solicitor in the Private Children and Domestic Abuse Team.

Yasmin accepts instructions from parents and other family members involved in private children disputes. She advises clients in relation to lives with Orders, spends time with (contact) Orders, and specific issue Orders. Yasmin is also experienced at advising and assisting victims of domestic abuse. She represents clients in proceedings relating to Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders, and Transfers of Tenancy.

Yasmin predominately accepts instructions relating to Legal Aid matters and she provides clear and comprehensive advice on the process of obtaining legal aid.
