About Tabitha:
Tabitha is Paralegal in our Residential Property, Farms & Estates team and is based in our Bath office. Tabitha joined the firm after completing her CILEx Paralegal Apprenticeship at another firm, in a busy, fast-paced conveyancing department. Tabitha is now studying the Advanced Stage of the CILEx Professional Qualification alongside working full time.
Tabitha assists with both freehold and leasehold property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. She prides herself on providing a friendly client service, with excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills, to ensure each transaction is completed as efficiently as possible.
Experience
Tabitha has completed the CILEx Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship and the CILEx Professional Qualification (CPQ) Foundation Stage. She is currently studying towards the CPQ Advanced Stage, with the hope to progress onto the CPQ Professional Stage and qualify as a CILEx Lawyer.
