About Susanna

Susanna is a Senior Associate in the firm's Real Estate Team and advises on a wide range of commercial property transactions with a specialised focus on complex development projects.

Susanna is dual qualified to practice in England and Wales, and in the Republic of Ireland. Susanna’s experience has been focused on the acquisition and disposal of development sites and investment portfolios, acting for various financial institutions in real estate finance transactions and commercial landlord and tenant matters.

Susanna’s experience includes:

  • Advising developers and landowners on subject to planning agreements, options, overage agreements, site assembly and acquisition and development finance
  • Advising student accommodation developers/operators on the acquisition and sale of student accommodation portfolios
  • Acting for global co-living and serviced office providers on the management of their London property portfolio
  • Advising commercial landlords and tenants in the industrial, office, retail and leisure sectors
  • Acting for development funders, debt funds and financial institutions in connection with development facilities, including senior and mezzanine loan originations
  • Acting for UK and International Banks on the financing of mixed-use and residential property portfolios in the UK
