Stephanie Setters

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2010, and a Guernsey Advocate (currently non-practising) in 2013, Stephanie works to advise local and international clients on: wills and estate planning, estate administration, probate, capacity, powers of attorney, and trusts.  Stephanie specialises in international succession, with a particular focus on Guernsey and Jersey matters.

Stephanie is dedicated to proving an excellent standard of care to clients and guiding them through both domestic private client matters and the cross border estate world.

Following her qualification as an English Solicitor, Stephanie returned to her native Bailiwick of Guernsey and worked in private practice across the Bailiwick, advising clients through a wide range of private client matters.

During 2015, Stephanie worked as Jersey’s Probate Registrar, which gave her a unique insight and knowledge of the Jersey laws of inheritance and associated probate procedures.   Stephanie then used these skills to later work in private practice in Jersey.

Stephanie has since used this knowledge to advise international clients with assets in Jersey and Guernsey and retains close working relationships with colleagues in both Islands.

Returning to England in 2022, Stephanie focused on international Wills, probate, and estate administration.  At RWK Goodman Stephanie is keen to use her knowledge to compliment the wide experience of the team in London and grow her practice here in the UK.
