About Shenai:
Shenai is a Solicitor in our Family team specialising in cases involving children, and is based out of our Swindon office.
Shenai has specialised in family law throughout her career, having joined the firm in 2017 and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2025.
Shenai takes a pragmatic approach when taking the time to understand each client’s objectives and concerns, with a view to providing clear and comprehensive advice to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients.
Shenai also accepts instructions in relation to Legal Aid matters and is able to give clear and thorough advice around the intricacies involved in making legal aid applications.

- Private Children Law (including but not limited to: child arrangements orders – contact and residence, specific issue orders, parental responsibility orders and prohibited steps orders)

- Public Children Law (representing parents in care proceedings and other court proceedings which involve the Local Authority)
