About Scarlett
Scarlett Doyle is an Associate in our Property Disputes team.
She advises landlords, investors, occupiers and private individuals on a wide range of contentious property matters.
Scarlett has particular expertise in residential property disputes, including leasehold enfranchisement, service charge disputes, possession proceedings and claims relating to the ownership of property under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA).
Alongside her residential practice, Scarlett has extensive experience in commercial lease renewals, acting in both opposed and unopposed proceedings under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, and regularly advises on strategic lease disputes, break notices, dilapidations and the recovery of rent arrears.
She is known for providing clear, pragmatic advice and working closely with clients to develop commercially focused solutions that protect their interests while keeping disputes proportionate and cost-effective. Scarlett supports clients through all stages of a dispute, from early negotiations and alternative dispute resolution through to litigation where necessary.
