About Robert

Robert is an associate within our Family team in the Bath office, specialising in childcare law.

Robert joined the Family team in February 2017, bringing knowledge from his previous roles within the local government sector of care proceedings that include; cases involving non-accidental injuries, fabricated or induced illness and international issues.

Robert was appointed Deputy District Judge in 2019.

Robert works across a range of family areas including:

  • Representing parents and other family members in care proceedings
  • Advising on Special Guardianship and adoption
  • Representing parents in respect of obtaining parental responsibility, contact disputes and determining where a child should live
