Max Sakoschek

Max advises on a broad range of contentious real estate matters. He has particular experience in telecommunications litigation, acting for major Electronic Communications Code operators on site access, rights imposition, valuation and compensation issues, including proceedings before the County Court, First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal.

Max also advises on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, interim rent, break notices, and dilapidations claims. He is experienced in managing large portfolios of live matters, drafting tribunal and court documents, preparing witness evidence, negotiating commercial settlements and working closely with counsel and experts.

Max takes a pragmatic, client-focused approach, balancing legal risk with wider commercial and strategic objectives. He also contributes to articles, training and internal know-how on property and telecommunications law, and has undertaken pro bono work supporting individuals in benefits appeal proceedings.
