About Juliette

Juliette graduated from King's College London having read Religion, Philosophy and Ethics. Following university, she worked in the claims and wealth management departments of two large insurance and reinsurance companies. She then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School, London.

Juliette joined the Dispute Resolution team at Royds, now RWK Goodman, in November 2012 as a paralegal where she gained experience with a particular focus on personal injury, clinical negligence and permanent health insurance claims. Juliette trained at Royds and gained experience in private client law, family law, corporate and civil dispute resolution and employment law. She qualified as an employment solicitor at RWK Goodman in March 2017.

Juliette specialises in:

  • advising clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims
  • settlement agreements
  • employment litigation claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court
  • contracts of employment, policies and staff handbooks.

Juliette is also a member of the firm’s Business Immigration Team and advises businesses on applications for Skilled Worker sponsor licences, sponsoring employees under existing licences, Skilled Worker visa applications, sponsor duties and applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
