About Jessica
Jessica has over 15 years’ experience in corporate, company and commercial matters, with a particular focus on corporate sales, acquisitions and reorganisations.
In addition to her M&A work, Jessica advises on joint ventures and investments, demergers and group reorganisations, shareholders’ and LLP agreements, share option and other employee incentive schemes, software licences and hosting agreements, terms and conditions of business and other commercial contracts. She also offers general company advice, for example on articles of association, reductions of capital, buy back of own shares and directors’ duties.
