About Gabrielle:

Gabrielle is a Solicitor in our Employment & Immigration team, based out of our Bath and Bristol offices.

Gabrielle advises both employers and individuals on a broad range of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters. She regularly assists individuals at all stages of their careers on issues including disciplinary and grievance matters, dismissals, redundancy situations, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal claims.

Gabrielle also advises businesses on day‑to‑day employment law matters and works closely with colleagues across the firm. She is part of the Employment team supporting RWK Goodman’s Tech Sector, advising technology‑focused businesses on the people and employment law issues that arise as organisations grow, scale and adapt to change.

Originally from Montreal, Gabrielle is bilingual in English and French. She is currently working on her Welsh, though it remains very rudimentary.
