About Franceska

Franceska is a senior paralegal in the Clinical Negligence team based in the London office.

During her prior legal experiences, she has had the pleasure to assist on such cases as Trans-Vaginal Mesh (TVM), Hormonal Pregnancy Testing (HPT) and Essure. Her experience consists of clinical negligence, personal injury, medical liability, environmental and social justice cases.

Franceska currently holds a bachelor’s degree in International Law and a master’s degree in Health Law and Ethics. She is currently working hard to qualify end of 2022.

On her free time, she is a published writer that enjoys Thai boxing and learning new languages.
